To protect our American freedoms, I encourage everyone to make requests under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and the Privacy Act.
FOIA is a federal law that allows for the full or partial disclosure of previously unreleased information and documents controlled by the United States government.
The Privacy Act establishes a code of fair information practices that governs the collection, maintenance, use, and dissemination of information about individuals that is maintained in systems of records by federal agencies.
Essentially, you can ask for secret government files at no cost; and, with exceptions, the government is required to give them to you.
It is not difficult, and there is a lot of information online. Below is just one government website through which you can make requests:

You have to apply to different agencies to get their files. Some that occur to me are the FBI, the CIA, the NSA, and the DHS.
[For some agencies, if you are requesting your own file, you may need to proceed under the Privacy Act rather than the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)].
I would suggest that everyone reading this article make a FOIA or a Privacy Act request to each of these agencies to obtain their own file.
And believe me, if you’re here, each of these government agencies is keeping a file on you.
They may resist, or cross out information with their black magic markers, but that response alone would be telling….
Your request should not cost anything.
I made my first FOIA request this morning: for whatever records the FBI keeps on me.
Since I have visited the FBI twice in two years–asking them to investigate particular criminal activities by CIA against me and my family–I am curious as to what my request will produce.
For your own use, here’s a link through which you can request your own FBI file:
The first hundred pages, as produced by the first two hours of their search, are free. After that, you can choose whether you want to pay or whether to request a waiver of fees. (And you don’t have to pay if your waiver is denied).
Below is a redacted version of the first draft of my request for a waiver, which I tailored to the guidelines for granting such waivers.
(I had to revise the first draft since there’s a limit on the number of characters).
I wrote this only because I am requesting a waiver of fees if my file is more than one hundred pages. Normally, FOIA requests, like Privacy Act requests, are much simpler.
I have a website concerning illegal activities of CIA within the United States including the sexual abuse of me and my family by CIA. Under MK-ULTRA (which has been investigated by the U.S. Congress) & PROJECT MONARCH, CIA has committed crimes of rape, child molestation, burglary, and kidnapping against me and others:
My website seeks to advance the public interest by contributing significantly to public understanding of the operations or activities of the government.
I am making my FOIA request in connection with my website, where I work as an independent investigative journalist, writing articles on my own abuse by CIA under MK-ULTRA as well as subjects like Lara Logan, Benghazi, and the Bush Family–not to mention FBI Special Agent Ted Gunderson who exposed these same illegal CIA programs (including the Franklin Cover-Up and the Finders).
Some of the articles I have written about myself are below, and I hope the completion of my FOIA request will allow me to write more.
The following articles provide some background about me, including the sexual abuse of me by CIA under MK-ULTRA at Christopher Academy, in Westfield, NJ, in 1974, when I was five years old, and the ongoing sexual abuse of my teenage daughter, XXXXXXXXXXXX, who is completely unaware of her abuse to the use of hypnotism, electroshock, scopolamine & similar drugs. The following article concerns unusual traffic at my website, which receives a large amount of visits from China and muslim countries. I note that I received hits from China the first week I set up my website.Since internet use is highly restricted there, I assume it comes from an agency of the Chinese government, which raises the question of how they knew about my website the same week I set it up. I can only assume from this that CIA and other “intelligence” agencies are colluding with agents of the Chinese government against me and other American citizens.

Only the United States, although I don’t know if there is a Canadian equivalent. The dead ends speak for themselves. Write more below. Tell everyone whom you wrote and what they said. That will show, at least, that your government is hiding something. Maybe, too, it will give us new ideas for state agencies to which you could write.
