RAQUEL WELCH: HER MANIPULATION BY CIA UNDER MK-ULTRA & PROJECT MONARCH

I grew up fantasizing about Raquel Welch.  How could I not? Her poster was advertised in the back of every comic book.

I didn’t notice the all-seeing eye that hovered in the right hand of the frame, nor did I know how CIA was watching us.

I didn’t know how they were shaping our sexuality.  I just felt, rightly, that Raquel Welch was unbelievably hot.  

But there was a deliberate attempt to make Raquel a sex symbol for those of us who had no interest in Marilyn Monroe.  Unlike Monroe, who seemed dumb and submissive, Raquel was all woman.

It is easy to see how CIA controlled Marilyn Monroe, using her against President John F. Kennedy, whom they later murdered.

Marilyn Monroe even wrote about the way CIA drugged her in 1955.  They have used drugs like scopolamine (hyoscine), which stops memories from even forming, on me, and Congress investigated CIA’s use of date rape drugs on Americans in the 1970s.

I have no doubt that Marilyn Monroe was also implanted with cybernetics.  You can watch film below, from the 1950s, of CIA doing this to people; and, if they were implanting people you never heard of, you can believe they were also implanting the president’s mistress.

As for the Navy, which features in Fantastic Voyage, it maintains CHINA LAKE, a base in the middle of the California desert, not far from where Raquel Welch grew up, at which untold numbers of American children were abused and brainwashed.  Cisco Wheeler, the grand niece of General Earle Wheeler, the Head of Joint Chiefs of Staff, wrote as follows:

The primary or initial torture for many children in western U.S. was done at China Lake, California which officially has gone under the designations of: Naval Ordinance Test Station ( NOTS), Naval Weapons Center (NWC), Ridgecrest (the town nearby), and Inyo-kern (the area).  The address of Nimitz Hospital is the code “232 Naval Air Weapons Station.”  The base was set up to test “new weapons.”  Evidently, the Navy decided that mind controlled people were an important weapon to test.  Most of the “new weapons” created at China Lake were for the most part human robots turned out in large numbers.

The Monarch Mind Control was carried out in large airplane hangers on the base which have been able to house thousands of tiny cages just large enough for human babies.  Lots of 1,000 babies was a small batch. According to people who worked in the hangers helping program, many batches were 2,000 or 3,000 babies.  Many survivors remember the thousands of cages housing little children from ceiling to floor.  The cages were hot wired (electrified on the ceiling, bottom and sides) so that the children who are locked inside can receive horrific electric shocks to their bodies to groom their minds to split into multiple personalities.  These cages are called Woodpecker Grids.  The victim sees a flash of light when high D.C. voltage is applied.  Later, this flash of light is used with hypnotic induction to make the person think they are going into another dimension when they are blasted with high voltage.  In the Peter Pan programming, the Programmers tell the slaves that this is “riding the light.” One of the popular traumas after the small child has endured the Woodpecker Grid cages for days is to rape it.  The rape is intentionally brutal so that it will be as traumatic as possible.  Many of the technical people on the base are civilians.  This is in part because part of the research involves mind-control, and Illuminati civilian mind-control experts have come and gone from the base.  The California Institute of Technology at Pasadena is intimately connected to China Lake’s research (and by the way to the Illuminati).  Also much of the work at the facility is for the intelligence agencies and not the military. Intelligence assets are often civilians. 

Horrific abuse notwithstanding, zebra and tiger prints seem to indicate stronger personalities than leopard prints.

When Raquel Welch set up her line of MAC Cosmetics Beauty Icons, it featured make-up shades in tiger prints.  The company says that the tiger print motif of the collection celebrates Raquel’s feline and sensuous image:  “strong and wild, yet sultry and exotic.” 

Aside from striped zebra or tiger prints, CIA also uses leopard prints to mark people exposed to these horrors, and programmed sexually, whom they call “beta sex slaves.”  

Marilyn Monroe often appeared in leopard print clothing, as do other women in Playboy.

Aside from drugs, sexual trauma, and electroshock, CIA used hypnosis heavily on all of us–you know, the same hypnosis so heavily advertised in the back pages of the comic books, right next to the Raquel posters and pillows.

Each of those hypnosis ads promised that you could reduce beautiful women to a state of sexual slavery.

I think I was just so enamoured with Frank Sinatra, you know.  He’s hypnotic.

What’s even more upsetting is to see Raquel Welch in the company of rapist scum like Dean Martin with whom she later appeared in Bandalero.  

Here she looks uncharacteristically dazed, frightened, and robotic–plainly the victim of a recent mind control session.

Bob Hope was a well known pimp, handler, and rapist under CIA’s mind control programs, MK-ULTRA and PROJECT MONARCH, so I can’t tell you how much it upsets me to see Raquel Welch in the company of this scum.

One of the things developed in the California Universities and then implemented at China Lake was color programming, which will be covered later in this book.  Red and green were discovered to be the most visible colors for programming.  Various colored flashing lights were used in programming at NOTS. Survivors of the programming all remember flashing lights.  The use of flashing lights has been introduced into American culture by the CIA. If a person goes into bars and places where bands play, you will notice multi-colored lights flashing.  The flashing lights create disassociation, especially in people who are programmed.

You probably saw those same colors when you turned on your computer to read this article.

You also see those colors when you phase out at the beginning of a movie, while they appear in the logo for Regal Cinemas, a subsidiary of the Crown Corporation.
