Attorney General Pamela Bondi is in continuing willful violation of the Epstein Files Transparency Act (Public Law 119-38), as the Executive Branch continues to flout the power of Congress.
So, twelve senators have requested Inspector General Berthiaume to perform an audit of the Department of Justice (DOJ), as they describe “violation of the law,” “records…so heavily redacted that there are serious questions,” and “inconsistent public statements about the contents of the files,” while they have noted “the [Trump] Administration’s hostility to releasing the files,” its “consistent hostility towards transparency,” and its “failure to comply with the Epstein Files Transparency Act.”
The Senators have further noted that they are “not able to fully assess for [themselves] whether records were inappropriately withheld or redacted” because “questions have only grown in volume since the incomplete release of files on December 19.”
The Department of Justice, which is tasked with the enforcement of law, is protecting criminals, while they are breaking the law, holding back critical documents, and engaged in plainly improper redactions.
There’s so much going on here.
First, of course, is Donald Trump’s conviction of thirty-four (34) felonies with respect to the pay-off of a pornographic actress—not to mention his court-imposed liability for the violation of a woman’s sex organs, against her will, for which she won five million dollars ($5,000,000) plus an additional eighty-three million dollars ($83,300,000) because of the criminal president’s attempts to silence his female victim.
The administration’s failure to comply with the law is significant because President Trump signed the law, directed at his attorney general, after he told everyone to vote for it, less than two months ago.
The administration’s failure to comply with the law is significant because Jeffrey Epstein trafficked and enslaved more than one thousand of our country’s teenagers, while he connects to Donald Trump.
And the administration’s failure to comply with the law is significant because Israeli Military Intelligence is using this blackmail operation, involving the rape of our teenagers, to blackmail politicians in Washington.
But there’s more.

President Trump thinks he is above the law, while his goons have shot an innocent woman whom he seeks to defame as a terrorist.
President Trump thinks he is above the law, while his goons have shot innocent people whom he seeks to defame as drug-dealers.
And President Trump thinks he is above the law, while he has lined his pockets, from his public office, over the last year alone, to the tune of almost two billion dollars.
President Trump declared an illegal war against Iran in violation of the Constitution.
President Trump declared an illegal war against Venezuela in violation of the Constitution.
And who knows what he will do next?
These wars are expensive, as they shift money from the taxpayer to the government contractors, and the internationalist bankers, while the president’s landmark legislation has already served to add more than three trillion dollars ($3,300,000,000,000) to the federal debt over the next ten years, so that debt will rise, overall, six years after Trump leaves office, to more than fifty-nine trillion dollars ($59,000,000,000,000).
So, while Donald Trump makes extra billions of dollars, he feels free to waste taxpayer money, driving debt up, with horrific costs to come, and hardly anyone stands up against this maniac in Congress.
But there are exceptions, so Congressman Thomas Massie (KY-R) and Congressman Ro Khanna (CA-D) continue to work across the aisle, as Americans, to hold the president’s administration accountable—not only as to the War against Venezuela but also as to the Epstein Files Transparency Act (Public Law 119-38).
So, the two men have filed an amicus brief to ask a federal court to appoint a special master to ensure that the Epstein Files are immediately made public in accordance with the law that was signed by President Trump.
That’s when President Trump wasn’t calling the Wall Street Journal “fake news,” as the businessman tried to intimidate the newspaper with a slap suit for ten billion dollars ($10,000,000,000) because they published a birthday card that he sent to his friend, Jeffrey Epstein, which cryptically referred to “certain things [they had] in common”—not to mention the “wonderful secret” that the president shared, with the pimp, rapist, and convicted sex criminal who destroyed the lives of more than one thousand children.

That was after the president said he would release the files, but then he said the files were a hoax, but then he said the law would hurt his friends, but then he said the files contained only information about his political enemies.
And it was after Congressman Thomas Massie (KY-R) was illegally threatened by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
And it was after Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene (GA-R) was improperly defamed by President Trump.
President Trump called this lady a traitor, so immediately thereafter she received a pipe bomb threat against her house and death threats against her son using the epithet he had given her: “Marjorie Traitor Greene.”
That was after, for years, she had naively given her support to Donald Trump—and it was immediately after the president told her, if she did not back down, “people will get hurt.”
That sounds like a threat made by a criminal president against not only a lady but a congresswoman.
