The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) has a long history of covert action with respect to the incitement of civil unrest, importing crack cocaine into inner city neighborhoods, so it has recently manipulated President Trump, a real estate mogul who made his fortune from gentrification, into deploying the National Guard in Washington, D.C.
The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) has further sponsored domestic terrorism through Operation Gladio C, through which it arranges mass shootings, and Operation Gladio B, through which it controls the muslim terror network, used as false flag attacks in campaigns of counter-terrorism, involving provocateurs, to justify the destruction of civil liberties and the seizure of power by the federal government.
So, it reeks of conspiracy, when we see the shooting of two members of the National Guard only two blocks away from the White House by Rahmanullah Lakanwal, a muslim who worked for the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) for more than ten years in Afghanistan.
And this happens right before the consideration of the legality of the imposition of martial law, and the deployment of the guard, by the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
So, the Court has written in part of “the strong federal interest in the protection of federal functions and property within the Nation’s Capital,” as it upheld the actions of the president in the case of District of Columbia v. Trump.
The decision comes three weeks after the false flag attack, so the judges have been manipulated, without their knowledge, into allowing the ongoing mobilization of soldiers within the streets of Washington, D.C.
