And Children’s Health Defense has not only sued the Administrator of the Health Resources and Services Administration over improper and continuing denials of remedies for vaccine injuries.
But Children’s Health Defense has also filed a petition to revoke the licenses for the dangerous contaminated vaccines made by Pfizer and Moderna.
And they are doing so much more….
Children’s Health Defense is suing the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) for violations of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (18 U.S.C. § 1962).
Other plaintiffs include two doctors who lost their licenses simply because they gave private advice based on the medical needs of their individual patients.
Other plaintiffs include a mother of twins who died eight days after receiving vaccines, as they were diagnosed with a “post-immunization reaction,” while their pediatrician ignored a family history of adverse reactions to vaccines, dismissing the mother’s concerns, because family history of vaccine reactions is not recognized as a basis for delaying or declining vaccination by the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP).
After the mother’s children were murdered, local authorities opened a homicide investigation against the mother, claiming that she caused her children’s deaths through something unrelated to the vaccines.
Other plaintiffs include a mother of a toddler who died fewer than twelve hours after receiving vaccines, in six injections containing twelve antigens, while clinicians ignored the fact that the toddler was already ill, dismissing the mother’s concerns, and telling her the schedule was “completely safe” because they followed the guidelines published by the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP).
Other plaintiffs include a mother of a child who had experienced anaphylaxis following a vaccine fourteen years ago, and another allergic reaction following a vaccine twelve years ago, and another anaphylactic reaction, with vaccine injuries, four years ago, so the child obtained a medical exemption from all further vaccines.
Then, the medical consultant of the allergic child’s school revoked the medical exemption, even though he never examined the child, and he had no legal authority to act in this way.
He then demanded another medical exemption from the child’s treating physician, which the mother obtained, but then the school consultant demanded further documentation from an allergist, which the mother obtained, but the school consultant rejected that, too, as he continued to follow the guidelines of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP).
So, the child was barred from school, and she broke down, giving in to their obscene demands, for she consented to be vaccinated, against the medical advice of her own doctor, which resulted in a severe allergic reaction, and a further vaccine injury, so that, now, she has trouble walking, had to have a special surgery for a documented side effect, and requires continued special care for her ongoing vaccine injuries.
These experiences parallel my own, about which you can read in my fourth book, as I suffered a severe reaction to a vaccine, and I got the run-around from insurance companies who kept asking for special letters, from doctors, which I obtained, only for them to refuse to accept the letters that I, as a lawyer, had drafted according to their instructions, while they were signed by my treating physician.
That’s what these people are like, and while I escaped from any consequence, as did my daughter, many children do not share our good fortune, so they have been, and continue to be, crippled and murdered by the sanctimonious profiteers in the medical industry.
