Mind control is real, but, through its very nature, it is surrounded by disinformation.
You can forget about psychic abilities, which are nothing but disinformation.
You can forget about space aliens, which are nothing but disinformation.
And you can forget about time travel, which is nothing but disinformation.
These disinformation campaigns are put out to manipulate, and discredit, real survivors of real mind control programs, so fantastical jibberish is mixed with real stories.
The Montauk Project is a perfect example since it contains ridiculous claims, believed by real survivors, about psychic abilities, time travel, and space aliens.
But the stories of kidnapping children, and abusing their bodies, in deep underground military bases, run by pedophilic secret societies, are very real.
The stories of mind control programs, promoting transhumanism, through the combination of computers and humans, in cybernetic hive mind, are very real.
And the stories of scalar transmissions, through a giant antenna, which had noticeable effects on the surrounding community, are also very real.
These feed into Operation Gladio C, run by the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, through which mind controlled shooters, who take themselves out, are used in an ongoing attack against important gun rights.
The shootings are publicized through manipulation of the media, to build support for gun control, so as to disarm the populace, while the same media tells us crazy stories about space aliens, about psychic powers, and about what happened at Montauk.
