In my ongoing lawsuit against the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Department of Homeland Security, the individual defendants have sought dismissal—asking not to be held accountable for the federal agencies they lead.
You can read their motion below, which was filed on behalf of the following defendants: Attorney General Merrick Garland, DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, FBI Director Christopher Wray, DHS Undersecretary Kenneth Wainstein, and TSC Director Charles Kable.
It’s kind of like their other attempt to dismiss our case in which they call our allegations far-fetched in one breath and say they involve matters of national security in the other.
This time the government did not blow their deadline, as they have done before, as part of their culture of unaccountability, incompetence, and arrogance.
These criminals are being exposed as Congressman Jordan and Congressman Massie use the House Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government and the House Judiciary Committee to investigate their crimes.
And they are being exposed through the introduction of Articles of Impeachment for High Crimes and Misdemeanors by (a) Congresswoman Boebert against President Biden, (b) Congressmen Ogles against President Biden and Vice President Harris, (c) Congresswoman Greene against President Biden, Attorney General Garland, Secretary Mayorkas, and Director Wray, and (d) Congressman Biggs against Secretary Mayorkas.
Congressman Comer just read files related to a multi-million-dollar bribery scheme that implicated President Biden, but he found the FBI had blacked out more than half the content.
Meanwhile, the Federal Bureau of Investigation says the phone data of a political terrorist was corrupted, so they cannot investigate what was clearly a false flag by a counterterrorist they put up to it.
They pick our pockets as they take trillions of taxpayer dollars, they destroy evidence as they cover up their crimes, and they wrap themselves in the flag, all while they claim we need to trust them, to operate in secret, and they refuse to accept any responsibility for anything.
But Targeted Justice believes that the people who head federal agencies should be held accountable, not for their innocent mistakes but for their intentional wrongdoing, so my lawyer has filed the following motion in our case.
