As I bring a billion-dollar lawsuit against the federal government, the criminals seek to avoid responsibility.
A federal judge ruled, contrary to law, against us, as she threw out our case.
That was even though there are congressional investigations with respect to the crimes of the defendants.
That was even though there are congressional actions with respect to the crimes of the president.
So, do you think we took it lying down?
Of course not!
Do you think we were violent?
Of course not!
We took our appeal to a higher court, which will now consider our case.
The appeal will be heard in New Orleans, where Judge Doughty held the defendants to account.
I can’t think of a better place!
