This he has done, seizing six tankers holding more than four hundred million dollars ($400,000,000) of heavy sour crude, so the stock of the oil refiner, Valero Energy Corporation, has almost doubled over the last nine months, since the United States has acquired control of the enormous petroleum reserves in Venezuela.
President Trump has created a personal slush fund kept in the oil-producing country of Qatar, which gave him a special airplane, valued at four hundred million dollars ($400,000,000), as a present from Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani of their Royal Family.
Qatar is enormously influential through its lobbying of our politicians, so it works behind the scenes to dictate our government’s policy, which is now tied to a particular narrative about global weather, particular choices as to energy, and particular moves in foreign policy.
Qatar does not only produce large amounts of oil, and it does not only buy heavy influence in Washington, but it is deeply invested in weather modification, spending (a) roughly five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) per artificial cloud, made of carbon and helium, solar powered, to create shade for the World Cup and (b) more than a billion dollars ($1,000,000,000) on cloud-seeding and desalination to bring water to the desert.
Their whole thing is not only to make an impossibly dry place wetter and greener via climate control but to make an impossibly hot place cooler via weather modification, adjusting temperature and humidity through geo-engineering, as they connect to oil worldwide, and lobbying in our country, while Qatar occupies an ideal location for studying ionospheric behavior, as they work on joint projects with the European Space Agency (ESA) and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).
So it’s hard to believe that Qatar is not somehow behind the moves of Big Petroleum in the ongoing Weather Wars, as ionospheric heaters are used not only to shift but also to split the polar vortex in order to push arctic weather down to Europe, and North America, giving us unusually cold winters, so as to dispel the narrative of global warming that is promoted by Big Fake Alternatives.
And, of course, Qatar is not the only oil-producing country, in the Arabian Peninsula, to have this profile, aside from the direct connections to President Trump, so there are also geoengineering programs run from neighboring countries like the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Their programs have caused flooding disasters in the desert because they are stupidly messing with natural systems that belong to the Earth and they don’t know what they’re doing.
This connects to the current use of ionospheric heaters, not only to shift but also to split the polar vortex, pushing arctic weather down into the United States and Europe, so we are suddenly experiencing an unusually cold winter.
We are seeing, and we will see, snow in places where it almost never falls, while there will also be record heat waves in our deserts all in the Winter of 2026.
And, at the same time, we are getting slammed with solar radiation so that, due to the artificially induced movement of the Earth’s ionosphere, the solar wind is hitting our planet closer to its equator, causing the Aurora Borealis to be visible in places where it is almost never seen.
Right now, we are experiencing a massive disruption of the polar vortex, which will cause a massive cold wave, both in Europe, and in America, to support the narrative of Big Fossil Fuels that there is no such thing as global warming (while there may be a different perception in southern California).
It is not a coincidence that the unusually severe weather accompanies the drastic changes in the energy and foreign policies of our country, which were supported by the Nobel Prize Committee, so President Trump seems right to have withdrawn the United States from the Paris Agreement (PA) under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).
It is not a coincidence that all these things will move together to make massive profits for the masters of the president in the global empires that are larger than nations as they constitute Big Fossil Fuels.
The winter weather we are seeing, and will see, which is created by the action of ionospheric heaters, is no different from their earlier move with respect to the Norwegian Spiral Anomaly caused by the Kola Science Center near Monchegorsk.
Still, the insane luciferians who tinker with the ionosphere that surrounds our planet are even crazier than their weather modification projects would indicate because there is an even greater coincidence that indicates they are messing with solar weather in conjunction with their other attacks, so a massive solar storm will smash into our planet at the exact time the ionosphere has mysteriously shifted, so as to split the polar vortex in two different directions, away from the North Pole.
There is no way that the shift in the polar vortex, and the accompanying split, as unusual occurences that preceded the solar storm, could have been caused by the ongoing solar event, which came after, so that, immediately after all these other coincidences, we are experiencing the severest weather from the Sun that we have seen for the last twenty-two years.

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) acknowledges the existence of two primary spacecraft, actively orbiting, that it has sent to move around the Sun.
They are the Parker Solar Probe and the Solar Orbiter, which is run in collaboration with the European Space Agency (ESA).
And, all the while, the Sun, like the Earth, is monitored by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).
They are constantly advertising the fact that solar weather can disrupt technologies on Earth, potentially causing a devastating occurrence like the Quebec Power Blackout, which mirrored the earlier, less impactful, and much larger hit our planet took, before the development of electrical grids, in the Carrington Event.
How hard is it to see that in their arrogance, they are not only messing with the weather on Earth, but they have messed with the weather on the Sun, by dropping a nuclear device into the heart of our solar system, just as the international treaty against the use weather weapons began, fifty years ago, because of the deployment of an atomic bomb to create an earthquake under OPERATIONS PLOWSHARE, GROMMET, MILROW, and CANNIKIN.
If they would do this on our own planet, sending radioactive dust into our atmosphere, don’t you think the fools would do the same at a distance of ninety-three million (93,000,000) miles away as they experimented with the Sun?
They want not only to create a hard winter to dispel the story of global warming, but they want to create power outages like the one they made to cause the blackout last spring across the Iberian Peninsula.
That way they can really sell some oil.
