But everyone has heard of the Hell’s Angels solely because the Central Intelligence Agency promoted them through OPERATION MOCKINGBIRD.

The CIA wanted to eclipse the achievement of Howard Hughes, as the scum named themselves after his famous movie, Hell’s Angels, for no reason the trash understood.
The CIA used Hunter S. Thompson and Ken Kesey to promote the group, as these losers formed part of the counterculture controlled by the Tavistock Institute.
The CIA used Allen Ginsberg to promote the group, as the homosexual child molester joined forces with the hippies and the bikers, while he himself said the Central Intelligence Agency lay behind it all.
And the CIA used Hugh Hefner to promote the group, as the rapist programmer featured the dirtbags and their associates in his magazine.
The Hell’s Angels were an attack on Howard Hughes, staged by the trash in the deep state, through which they sought to upstage his achievement as an independent film director.
That’s why the mysteriously popularized dirtbag bikers took a name that made absolutely no sense to them or to anyone else, as they modelled after homosexual deviants like Marlon Brando.
It’s just that simple.

I haven’t looked at the formation of them. As of today I think they defensively cope with fame. As I understood it rather remotely, they did come from and like the and used engines from high performance aviation enthusiasts. Didn’t know it was a front goup, many are like The Doors.
