Because the federal government refuses comply with the Epstein Files Transparency Act (Public Law 119-38), the Attorneys General from seventeen (17) separate states have written to the United States Congress to urge its amendment through the Epstein Files Transparency Act II (H.R. 9694 / S. 5005).
This is because the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) have actively protected high-profile sex criminals involved in the rape, trafficking, and enslavement of more than one thousand children as they continue to hinder an investigation by the State of New Mexico.
So, New Mexico has initiated a federal lawsuit against the Department of Justice while it has issued an interim investigative report describing the criminal activities of Jeffrey Epstein at Zorro Ranch.
And, now, New Mexico has brought a separate lawsuit against Darren Indyke and Richard Kahn, as the executors of the estate of the convicted sex criminal, foreign access agent, and pimp to politicians, Jeffrey Epstein.
You can read the complaint above, while below you can watch a related news conference by New Mexico Attorney General Raúl Torrez.
Keep talking about the Epstein Files.
