Congressman Thomas Massie (KY-R) continues to do the right thing, as he earlier brought us the Epstein Files Transparency Act (Public Law 119-38).
Then, as he opposes the government’s continuing illegal, expensive, and losing wars of aggression, Congressman Massie brought us the Iran Powers Resolution (H. Con. Res. 86).
Now, as he opposes the molestation of children by President Trump, he is working to bring a discharge position to the floor to allow a vote, blocked by House Speaker Mike Johnson (LA-R), on the Epstein Files Transparency Act II (H.R. 9694).
That is to clarify that state attorneys general have the power to enforce the Epstein Files Transparency Act, while, conducting its own criminal investigation of the child trafficking, molestation, and rape covered up by the federal government, the State of New Mexico is currently suing the United States Department of Justice (DOJ).
But it gets even better….
Since the Secretary of War, or Defense, Peter Hegseth, is a rapist, a war criminal, and an incompetent, who flouts the Constitution, and the War Powers Resolution of 1973, while he murders civilians, kidnaps foreign leaders, and commits acts of piracy on the high seas, Congressman Massie has introduced Articles of Impeachment.
