While Donald Trump was convicted of thirty-four (34) felonies with respect to the falsification of records regarding pay-offs made to a pornographic actress, he was ordered to pay more than eighty million dollars ($83,300,000) to a journalist he sexually assaulted and defamed.
In his lawlessness, President Trump’s conflicted Attorney General, Todd Blanche, continues to violate the Epstein Files Transparency Act (Public Law 119-38).
And Trump’s Attorney General, who served as his private criminal lawyer, when he was convicted of the thirty-four (34) felonies, continues to violate the standing court order obtained in Phang v. Blanche (D.C. 1:26-cv-01417).
Meanwhile, Trump’s Secretary of Defense, Pete Hegseth, faces impeachment for his repeated violations of the United States Constitution, and the War Powers Resolution of 1973, as he brings an illegal, expensive, and losing war against Iran.
But, of course, the lawlessness does not stop there.
In his attempts to destroy America, following his failed slap suit against the Wall Street Journal, Trump has banned CNN, MS NOW, and Politico from the White House, for he seeks to destroy the Freedom of the Press.
That makes sense because it has been journalists, like me, all along, who have exposed his crimes.
A federal judge issued a temporary restraining order to reinstate their press passes.
But Trump is defying the rule of law, yet again, as he thumbs his nose at the District Court.
