Do you fully trust Bennett? He and Indries Shah were often accused of mischaracterizing Gurdjieff’s work, claiming he was tutored by secretive Sufis. Yes there are similarities but more than a few differences between Sufism and the Fourth Way.

I can only say (a) I learned from his students, (b) I know how to extract useful information, while discarding dross. and (c) I got useful information from a good student of JGB.
