I didn’t learn to fight only from spymasters—through a student of John Godolphin Bennett, who was Head of British Military Intelligence, Section B, as he learned from a Russian spymaster: George Ivanovitch Gurdjieff.
I also learned to fight from a teacher of kung fu, taught by the leading wushu master in Beijing.
That can come in handy when you need to be aware of your mind, heart, and body.
