The Deep State works to keep people in a state of sleep, while awareness is always its enemy.
This goes not only to world events but to the minutiae of our lives since they use cybernetics to attack us.
Nothing is too small to be important, for us or for them, while we should maintain a correct sense of impermanence, non-attachment, and non-identification.
It is unlikely that the scum will leave you alone to the smallest enjoyment, as, in the foulest ways, they destroy each other.
If you are enjoying something, it is simply because they have utterly failed.
The point is not enjoyment or non-enjoyment—while one can always take enjoyment from destroying the enemy.
The point is health or illness, awareness or sleep, mastery or slavery—while emotions are a poor guide.
Enjoyment is an optional side-effect that can be found either by destroying the enemy or by ignoring them.
Everything is part of the only life you will ever have while it contains good, bad, and neutral elements.
So, let’s raise some awareness, and be healthy, while, if we’re obstructed, it will simply provide us with a different opportunity to engage and destroy the satanic trash that slither, behind the scenes, through secret facilities.

Food is a deep subject, and each of us has a lifetime to explore this consciously—if, and only if, we are awake.
The impressions made by films, books, and music, not to mention other people, can be digested in different ways by the heart and the mind, through discernment or non-discernment, to the benefit or the detriment of any person.
Then there are the mathematical operations involved in recipes, the chemistry of the stove, and the nutrition of the body.
Eat healthy, and bring your awareness to your food, as it enters your body through the farm, the kitchen, and the table.
Bring your awareness to the kitchen—while the enemy seeks to move you toward fast food, microwave ovens, and other depravities.
To that end, you can do a deceptively simple meditation.
It comes from a friend of mine, who is an author in her own right.
She is also a caterer, so she knows something about food.
Don’t just eat a pomegranate, but prepare one.
You will increase your sensory awareness.
You will slow your caloric intake.
You will see new things.
