What is the best way to make sure you are not purchasing products that benefit these oligopolistic companies who do not care about humanity? Much of the information is buried in layer upon layer of affiliates and sub companies.

That’s a good point. To some extent, you cannot help but buy their products. Still, how much do you need to buy at all? Grow your own food, buy from local farm stands, and work with others in your community.

Grow your own food from seeds. Make your own foods. do not purchase food from any massive food corporation. They are not led by pure or healthy intentions. See the below link for a chart showing which mega-corporations have now purchased which organic and natural food brands, enlarge the chart to see it better. I do not buy from any of these brands. They have also purchased every major vitamin and supplement company. They must have done remote viewing to get future predictions. Buy from small companies that honor and respect the environment. Eden is one honest company that makes beans, miso, pasta, and seaweeds among other foods.
The big issue is, its’ no longer just simple toxic pesticides and herbicides to concern about. It has become evil-er, Monsanto satanism has now shared glyphosate all over the world. And, Senomyx is a company that creates flavor enhancers created (entirely?) from human aborted fetal cells, which were purchased and put into several edible “foods” from the major food corporations. The “list” showing the specific foods have been erased. The companies using this dredge in their foods do not want the consumers aware of this fact. Avoid all processed foods and drinks.
