My experience and take is very different from Cisco Wheeler’s, but some may find her a valuable resource.
This is particularly true because of her connections to the United States Military and Nazis like Dr. Mengele.
I focus on the body, listening, and other forms of awareness, combined with personal and historical detective-work, in part through journaling; but Cisco Wheeler’s use of art therapy to explore and recover memories may be useful to some.
Cisco Wheeler’s books were among the first I found when I began to recover my memories.
Therefore, I feel it is my duty to help put out a separate book by her and Fritz Springmeier, which has just come to my attention.

Yes, I do work with collages to activate my right hemisphere because I just can’t draw it, it too horrible that training I had to survive.

It’s a great point. Through collages, people can take control of the enemy’s symbols with a minimum of effort.
