Not only have criminals with degrees in medicine, such as Dr. Joseph Mengele and Dr. Ewen Cameron, participated in crimes against humanity through obscene mind control programs; but real doctors, including the Chief Medical Officer of Finland, have spoken out against these crimes.

When I started to research microwave harassment, BiggerThanSnowden was one of the first sites I found. It was set up by whistleblowers in the NSA, military intelligence, journalists, educators, and others.
Parts of that site describe medical doctors who woke up to the horrors of microwave harassment, including Dr. John Hall, Dr. Colin Ross, and Dr. Terence Robertson.
Dr. John Hall is board certified physician with a medical clinic in San Antonio, Texas. He became aware of covert human rights abuses in 2006, when his girlfriend was targeted with a campaign of gang-stalking, intimidation, and directed energy weapon torture, for the purposes of sexual harassment and abuse. Dr. Hall became targeted when he began assisting her and reaching out to his contacts in the government to help him engage in counter-surveillance. Since beginning his activism, Dr. Hall has uncovered widespread, nation-wide, abuse of electromagnetic weapons on innocent Americans.
Dr. Collin Ross is a practicing psychiatrist who focusses much of his research on the very real—yet suppressed—abuses carried out by psychiatrists, and the CIA, on American civilians. In his 2009 book, The CIA Doctors: Human Rights Violations by American Psychiatrists, Ross launches an unparalleled investigation into the MK-ULTRA family of mind and behavioral control programs. While just a fraction of the documents have been released, and evidence of a “limited hangout” & dual file system is exposed, Dr. Ross finds and presents ample information on numerous heinous torture programs—including the remote manipulation of humans with electromagnetic radiation. The more traditional torture, conditioning, and manipulation tactics (also exposed in his analysis of the declassified FOIA documents) are shocking as well. These tactics laid the groundwork for the torture methods that are now being applied remotely on a growing number of innocent Americans through PROJECT MONARCH.
The Colin A. Ross Institute for Psychological Trauma
Dr. Terence Robertson is a past Chairman of the Medical Committee for Freedom From Covert Harassment and Surveillance. He has championed the cause of victims that are being subjugated with electromagnetic weapons and organized stalking, often called “Targeted Individuals.” In his leadership role, he launched numerous research programs, and statistics gathering efforts to shed light on these emerging crimes that are harming an increasing number of innocent civilians every year. He further reveals that, in addition to torture, these weapons can cause heart attacks, cancer, and even drive someone to suicide.
Jesse Beltran was a paramedic, with a background in law enforcement and emergency medicine. In 2010 he became targeted by electromagnetic weapons, for purposes of neutralization and subjugation—when he attempted to report a murder cover-up. In order to encourage the medical and law enforcement communities to stop ignoring these emerging crimes, Beltran founded the International Center Against Abuse of Covert Technologies (ICAACT). He has performed numerous scans on victims of electromagnetic weapons, and he has recorded his findings in many videos. While scanning victims, that complained of symptoms that have been scientifically proven to be caused by the non-thermal effects of electromagnetic radiation / weapons, Beltran discovered that the vast majority were emitting artificial RF energy in a shielded environment, such as an industrial anechoic chamber or faraday cage. Furthermore, he found that control subjects complaining of no symptoms were not emitting RF energy in the test environment.

Through Dr. Horton, I learned of Dr Rauni-Leena Tellervo Luukanen-Kilde, who was Chief Medical Officer of Finland. Dr Kilde died on the February 8, 2015, after being irradiated brutally for several days with Directed Energy Weapons. She was alive for long enough that she could tell her friends:

Dr. Kilde had complained for years about being harassed and attacked by the Norwegian Secret Service. She had her home broken into, her documents were removed (and then reappeared years later), and her neighbours harassed her.
All of these doctors, including the Chief Medical Officer of Finland, have acknowledged the reality of microwave harassment, and have fought against it.
Mainstream news media, such as CNN and CBS, have reported microwave attacks on embassy workers.
The United States Senate has investigated the illegal mind control program, MK-ULTRA, and Bill Clinton, as President of the United States, even made an “apology” to victims.

The same exact things happened to me, and now I’m targeted with radio-frequency microwave weapons. This is horrific. They broke in repeatedly, taking all my documents and family heirlooms; I am hunted down in a barbaric manner. There is no where to hide from these weapons, leaving me no choice but to warn others, as you do. Thank you for placing this out here. Earth is a war zone. They’ve turned earth and humanity into a monolithic killing fields.
Eisenhower and John F. Kennedy tried to warn us. But the public did not respond due to Project Mockingbird and HAARP pointed at every American.
JFK warned: “There’s a plot in this country to enslave every man, woman and child. Before I leave this high and noble office, I intend to expose this plot.”

THEY EVEN USED MY DEAD GRANDFATHERS VOICE IN THE VOICE TO SKULL TORTURE FROM A VIDEO ON FACEBOOK THAT I REALLY HAD TROUBLE GRIEFING. THEY BROKE INTO MY HOME AND TOOK VIDEOS OF THE INCIDENTS ALONG WITH FAKE EVIDENCE THAT I LEARNED TO HOLD UNDER MY EYES TO SEE WITH THE SHADOWS FROM THE TORTURE THAT SHOWED THEM DOING IT TO ME BY DRUGGING ME WITH AERSOL.
