Yes thank you for many of the diagrams. I have dealt with forced waking visions. The transparent eyelids this morning. The forced awakenings and the whole lot. I have never seen so much truth on the issue that I am just amazed and now a bit jealous whilst I should not be as it doesnt matter who heads this it is good progress thank you for the information.

“Simple” dissociation is almost just as bad. As a schoolboy, I would hear a song on the radio first thing in the morning, then have it stuck in my head all day. I had no idea what the teachers were saying; my brain tuned them out. I would go home and study by myself – and still get straight A’s.
These days I have made it a habit to pray. But my mind is just racing to escape anything repetitive and to start spinning its own yarns. It’s unspeakably tiring and self-defeating.
