People were tonsured in monasteries, as they suffered from voice and image to skull, which they mistook for visions.
Papist writers, who fail to see the plot, attribute visions to God, the Devil, or mass hysteria, while they connect the Protestant Reformation to a Jewish Conspiracy.
I’ve been reading their perspective in The Jewish Revolutionary Spirit by E. Michael Jones, which describes the Anabaptist Rebellion along with the religious wars that consumed Northern Europe, and what became Germany, for more than a hundred years.
I know they had cybernetics back then, which require only brain surgery and a radio, but it turns out they also had holograms, as the conspirators not only gave prophetic visions to dangerous people but they also projected images into the sky.
I remember references to these visions in the works of Carl Jung.
And I remember my teacher, one of the world’s leading scholars on this period, mentioning the sightings.
One occurred on October 11, 1527, when, at four o’clock in the morning, thousands of people all across Northern Europe saw a bent arm holding in its hand a two-edged sword, with a larger and brighter star at its point, while bloody swords and heads surrounded the fearsome weapon, so many people lost their minds.
Then, in 1554, there were further apparitions described in broadsheets as mock suns and knights fighting with fiery swords.
Then, in 1561, there was another celestial phenomenon over Nuremberg.
Then, in 1566, there was another celestial phenomenon over Basel.
During the Thirty Years War, people often saw knights fighting in the skies.
