As many of you know, my friend, Dr. Katherine Horton, is collecting affidavits with respect to microwave harassment and other illegal activities by the so-called intelligence community, and she plans to use them in court. I encourage everyone to supply her with an affidavit, as I will do this weekend.
Inspired by Dr. Horton, I have been doing my own research. In this regard, I have attached a scholarly article on suing foreign governments for cybertorts:
Here’s a scholarly article on the unconstitutionality of electronic wireless surveillance:
Here is a scholarly article examining the possibility of a lawsuit against the CIA for its role in the 911 attacks:
Here is a scholarly article exploring the United States’ liability in domestic courts for the human rights abuses committed against foreigners by “soldiers” trained under CIA’s School of the Americas:
Here is an article, mentioning a couple of cases, with respect to mind control:
And here is an article about Orlikow v. U.S., attached farther below, a ten-year fight to secure redress for the Canadian victims of CIA brainwashing experiments:
In general, under the Federal Tort Claims Act, it is possible to sue the federal government for negligent or wrongful acts of its agents.
In many cases, some of which I have attached below, courts have allowed lawsuits for CIA abuse under MK-ULTRA. One could sue other agencies, too. I hope people find this information useful in bringing their own lawsuits against the scum who abuse us. It may be enough to get you started. Let’s fight back in court, bringing as many lawsuits as possible!!!
