Yesterday, on the Fourth of July, United States District Judge Terry Doughty issued a nationwide injunction ordering a long list of government agencies to stop censoring social media in violation of the First Amendment.
This injunction goes against the Center for Disease Control (CDC), which I have repeatedly called out on this site.
This injunction goes against the United States Department of Justice (DOJ), the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), who are defendants in the billion-dollar lawsuit I am bringing against the government.
And this injunction goes against the Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Alejandro Mayorkas, who is not only a defendant in my lawsuit but who is also facing impeachment in Congress.
All of these criminal agencies are under investigation by more than one subcommittee in Congress.
As for the social media companies, which have collaborated with the criminals in the deep state, they include Facebook/Meta, Twitter, YouTube/Google, WhatsApp, Instagram, WeChat, TikTok, Sina Weibo, QQ, Telegram, Snapchat, Kuaishou, Qzone, Pinterest, Reddit, Quora, Discord, Twitch, Tumblr, Mastodon, and LinkedIn.

The order is one of a series of important decisions, to defend our rights, made by United States District Judge Terry A. Doughty.

And, right after I wrote this article, there was an immediate violation of the federal injunction whereas (a) I had trouble posting it on FaceBook, and (b) I encountered blocking messages on Twitter (which I have encountered in connection with my previous exercise of the Freedom of the Press under the First Amendment).

This is exactly what I have described in previous articles, where the executive branch has flouted court deadlines while it asserts executive privilege, only, now, they are willfully violating a federal order.
