It makes you wonder what’s in that Thunderbird wine foisted on the homeless–people who can easily be snatched off the street, put in a facility, and turned loose, with no one the wiser.

It has to be nano-technology.  That’s what the added “electrolytes” are.  What is an “electrolyte” anyway? And why would you add it to water? That might sound crazy, but a quick search online will show you that nanotechnology is being used in water in many different ways.  

As only one example, I found an article on a website maintained by the Innovation Alliance for the West Midlands.  That article describes how former policeman Phil Cleary, SmartWater CEO, provided one of the keynote speeches at Venturefest West Midlands regarding “traceable liquid technology.”
