This is very interesting subject, i see comic books about superheroes are some sort of predictive programming for disclosing supersoldier programs, and as you said sometimes the signaling, but I don’t know what signaling is used for, is it like confirming that certain operation should happen on certain day, month year?

This stuff is not predictive, and CIA/MI7 also puts out fake predictive stuff, retroactively, to mislead and discredit people.

Batman has shown up more than once in connection with OPERATION GLADIO C, both around Mia Khalifa, as she gave her gun away, and around James Holmes, the Batman Shooter, whose father was involved in cybernetics.

You can also find signaling in underground rape comics that clearly indicates rapists are white trash trained at government facilities by scientists with electroshock collars, other submission collars, electrodes on their penises, and cybernetics. Rapists are slaves, and the enemy mocks their own.
The enemy consists of drug-addled imbeciles who foolishly leave clues as to their criminal activities. This may be used among their own as a recruiting tool to persuade newbies how the influence of the Illuminati permeates society. Alternatively, it may be an attempt to demoralize good guys in what the Illuminati call “Revelation of the Method.” In connection with both these approaches, signaling is often full of lies, since the enemy seeks to create one or another kind of false impression as to their alleged power.
Overall, you can learn from signaling, especially in connection with other research, but don’t lose perspective.

I am a TARGETED INDIVIDUAL. I have been being talked to, watched, and electronically harassed for almost 8 years 24/7. The talking 24/7 phase started April 25, 2014. This is the CIA performing these actions. Only the government could carry out projects this elaborate! The “Ear Devices” are Voice Skull-V2K technology can distort your feelings and memories, manipulate imaginary and events in your mind, subliminal images and messages, cause pain, alter you sense of smell, physical sensations, make you trip, stumble, change your physical features, have your weight/size increase and/or decrease, stomach/bowel issues, control your will and drive to accomplish tasks, mentally torture you, depression, someone can talk to you or set to have you hear ‘auto talk’, hear you and others around you, have you speak as if the words are your own, distort your speech, see you in real time, change and/or block your vision, inflict you with illnesses, cancer and paralysis, and KILL YOU! The CIA uses the gang stalkers, even people you believe are professionals, to create fake documents and medical records…you look and feel like shit, but the fake doctors you continue to see…just can’t seem to help you??? NO SHIT it’s the electronic torture being inflicted upon you, no medication is going to help! You go for an MRI and are given the CD image of another person…I guess this hides The Targeted from seeing the implanted devices in our bodies and getting proper medical care. The power of these “ear devices” is never ending and can control and destroy your whole life. Your entire life is recorded. The CIA has the technology to rewind to view and hear prior events in your life. When you are a targeted individual…The pre-work of the CIA, as I have been living, is to watch you 24/7 without you being aware of it. Break into your car and where you live to poison your food, drinks, and health and beauty items. They damage clothes and items in your home. They have virtually invisible “bugs” to “tag” your belongings to cause damage from afar. They have members of their organized gang stalkers befriend you to gain “trusted” access to you, your home, and your car. They also use their organized gang stalkers to implant devices in your pets, to torture them and you in added ways.
They work diligently to put you in a living situation to isolate you from family and friends using the “ear devices” along with some other techniques including…stealing your mail, blocking phone calls, get you to move for a job, increase the amount of your utility bills to have you in financial disarray/bankruptcy that you lose your house, etc. I was not aware I was being targeted as these events were in the works.
As I continue to summarize my experiences…The next phase, when they start TALKING 24/7… is to use the “ear devices”, gang stalkers, fake police, doctors, utility works, and people in all sorts of costumes to create “so called” criminal events to say you committed a crime so they can arrest you and put you in mental wards.
This is so your family and friends will all think you drink too much, you are crazy, and/or mentally ill when you talk to them about these events. As the CIA is watching you 24/7, they also are using the “ear devices” to create negative thoughts in your family and friends to use them against you. My family is being Targeted and used against me to assist the CIA with these criminal operations via the “ear devices” that are in their ears, however they are unaware of what the CIA is doing to them and me.
As your life keeps getting smaller…less friends, less places to go, less belongings, smaller size of your apartment/home, less money, less days you feel good, and less time you are awake…This is considered a success for the CIA.
Where I live in Berks County Pennsylvania, they have unqualified people from their organized gang stalkers in costumes posing as police, ambulance/EMS, doctors, lawyers, Judges, etc. that do not provide any help or act in your best interest when you go to them or hire them. If you have any government authority, please investigate the entire community.
The CIA continues to use their gang stalkers to follow me when I leave my apartment and my car is being driven remotely to cause erratic driving and accidents. The ear devices can cause the affect that you are drunk. They have been charging me for DUI’s when I’m NOT drunk (only 1-2 drinks). They have been driving my car remotely and using the “ear devices” to cause a drunken affect to arrest me, while having the gang stalkers go to work…fake police, lawyers, and Judges to prosecute me.
In my case, I have actual documentation to show that they manipulated and changed the blood test results in order to prosecute me. When they are brought up in court they are totally disregarded by the Judge and DA as if the prosecution is in total agreement with the bogus documents and they have cause to follow through with prosecuting me. The District Attorney’s Office must be part of the CIA gang stalkers because NO person with a high school diploma would read these documents and proceed with this case!
When I ask my family and friends for help the CIA continues to step in and have family and friends disregard my requests and have them saying things such as…your lawyer can help, I don’t understand the documents…which is a joke…the Lawyer you hire will always be fake and part of the CIA’s plan to convict you of a crime. Research the docket information for Berks County PA and Montgomery County PA criminal records for my name, Shannon M. Renninger, to see how ridiculous these documents look. If you could see all the documents I have from all my various encounters, it looks like a bunch of morons are running the law.
THESE GOVERNMENT CRIMES SEEM TO NEVER END…and it’s really not me! It’s hard to believe with the USA financially struggling from the pandemic that the US Government is spending 100’s of millions of dollars to torture people and have them falsely convicted of crimes, when they are the REAL CRIMINALS. When you research these issues, you will find many Targeted Individual of “V2K ELECTRONIC HARASSMENT”, indicate that the CIA who is performing these actions, will not stop until you are dead or commit suicide.
I am, and others, are being watched, stalked, and targeted 24/7 via bugged walls that can see and hear you, “ear devices” in our heads/ears, and other implanted materials in our bodies. I agree with the above poster but my “ear devices” or implants have actually enlarged the cochlea ear opening in my left ear and it is visible to anyone who would look at it, even a layperson like me can tell the difference. In addition to the implants in my ears (which I believe allow V2K easier to hear) I also have a main nano implant or hydragel that actively moves around and has since 2011. Especially at night. I can actually hear microwave pulsed bursts that also cause rapid heartbeat to ostensibly awaken me at various times during the night, and have apparently shut down my metabolism/adrenals & as mentioned, caused considerable weight gain, although my eating habits haven’t changed over the years. After over a decade of living with this, I want to find a legit medical professional (if that even exists) who will either disable the implant–which I believe has replicated itself in all of my limbs, as well as my skull–or destroy it via surgery. Anyone that has equipment that can pick up microwave pulse energy would be able to view the activity of these implants. They have wrecked havoc on my health, which I’m sure is the objective. This is Mk-ULTRA, Nazi experimentation and CoINTELPRO all wrapped into one very insidious, organized US government pogrom.

I talked to member of parliament and he told me ” no such case before, he cannot do anything. ” I talked to police ” They don’t know anything about that. ” I lost my jobs.
