Governor Thomas Dewey served as its first chairman—an odd choice to head an entertainment troupe since people found him pompous, aloof, and unapproachable.
His aide, Ruth McCormick Simms, described the politician as “cold as a February iceberg,” and another called him as “devoid of charm as a rivet or a lump of stone.”
President Roosevelt decried him as a son of a bitch, President Truman compared him to Hitler, and John Foster Dulles, the brother of the Director of Central Intelligence, named him “a prima facie champion of a strong and definite New World Order.”
Interesting word choice.
No wonder Governor Dewey was a supporter of the United Nations, an enemy of Senator Goldwater, and a friend of the Rockefellers.

The Navy named a ship for him, the USNS Bob Hope (T-AKR-300), and a C-17 Air Force plane was named the Spirit of Bob Hope, as the criminal moved among roughly two hundred locations, in fourteen countries, run by the United Service Organizations.
The American Armed Forces are full of rapist trash that violate each other’s bodies, while they drape themselves in the flag and commit crimes against our republic.
